We are planning to defining a Product Hierarchy catalog but not associated to any functional area. I know I can create category hierarchy ( up to level 10) assigned Purchasing functional area and standard BI procurement subject area can get those details to build the report.

 

I am not sure how to build the report if the category is defined and leaf level value attached to item but that catalog is not attached to any functional area. Appreciate if any help can be shared on this.
