Pricing sales order through a third-party application

We have a custom home-grown tool for pricing. We would like to understand the following if the design is to keep the pricing outside of Oracle ERP Cloud.

  1. If the pricing (price list/ pricing strategy etc.) needs to be setup in Oracle pricing for sales order progressing or we can use dynamic price call for every order to the third-party system?
  2. If the price will be derived by dynamic call? Will that be at the time of order save?
  3. Do we have any documentation around pricing rules on how to setup the interface between the external system and oracle ERP cloud.
