Password Reset for employees without work email

We have hourly employees without work email and it has become a challenge with password reset. When emp is hired we manually reset their password and communicate with field HR so that they can work with employee during their orientation. Later when password expires there is no way to communicate it to emp as they don't have work email.

How are other customers handling this?? Ideas/Options please
