Unable to create a new analysis in OTBI

Hello everyone!

I am writing because I am observing an unexpected behavior in OTBI.

I have two users with the same roles: the first one, by accessing otbi, is able to click on New --> Analysis and then select a subject area.

The second one, by clicking on Add is not able to see Analysis.


What's the possible cause of this behavior from your perspective? Thanks!
