1. We are not using Procurement Contracts. We are using the Contracts Terms functionality to create clauses and terms templates and we attach these to CPAs.

2. The rule I want is as follows:

                   - Attach the Standard contract terms template to the PO ONLY IF THE PO DOES NOT HAVE A CPA associated to it

    However, I cannot find a condition to do this.

 

I could do the following via PO approvals. I could check for the contract terms exists condition but there is NO condition in PO approvals to check if CPA (on any line) exists. We do not use BPAs.
