[SmartView] Your account is not setup with oracle cloud yet



User is unable to login to SmartView and having an error saying "Your account is not setup with oracle cloud yet. Please contact your system admin". Upon checking, the user's account between Fusion and FCCS are not in sync. When we checked in Oracle Support related issue, it says that the account has to be matched Doc ID 2394314.1

We tried to check if we can update the user credentials in FCCS but the username field is disabled for editing. Is there any other way to edit the credentials in FCCS to match it with the Fusion?
