Course Exit button not working

Clicking the Exit button in a course does not close window and return learners to their previous location (e.g. Learn Homepage or Current Learning)

Our courses are set up so that once the learner successfully completes an assessment at the end of the course, they sign off using the e-signature, then click Exit to be returned to their previous location (e.g. Learn Homepage or Current Learning). As of Monday 1 Feb, clicking Exit resulted in the spinning wheel with no Exit. I advise Learners to return to the Learn Homepage and refresh, where they will see that the course status has changed to Completed, however, this issue is generating a number of support calls.
