Learners will no longer be able to access Classic Learning Self-Service as of 21B.  Classic UI for Learning will be decommissioned altogether when customers take the 21B update and will display an error message to self-service users unless the Learning Responsive User Experience is enabled.  Only Responsive User Experience will be available as of 21B.

Immediate Action Required Oracle Learning Customers should immediately migrate to Responsive User Experience in order to ensure that self-service users will be able to continue working with Oracle Learning in update 21B and beyond.
