Resignation Approval Rule

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where I have to configure the following Resignation rules

1. If Employee is submitting resignation then Line Manager approval is required.

2. If Employee is leaving before notice period completion then Line Manager and HR approval is required.

Can anyone help me configure these rules.
