How do I sync project resource calendar with outlook

Hi,

 

I have a requirement for syncing the project resource calendar with outlook and vise versa. if the resource updates his/her outlook calendar for PTO etc. his/her PRM calendar should automatically update or he/she assigns to a project, then his/her outlook calendar should update automatically.

Any thoughts.
