Absence - Medic Role with limited absence administrator duty role

Hello Experts.

We need the Medical team to edit an absence transaction with some data during approval.

1 - This medic is in the workflow but has no means to edit the absence entry.
is there a way to do it?

2 - Could we give the medical team access to absence in my client goups > Absence records.
BUT only the absence types that concers medic somehow?
