We are working on a public sector client. We need to allocate hours/amounts based upon Expenditure Type in addition to projects and tasks. For example, if an employee charges 40 hours (Regular) Project A/Task A, 32 hours (Regular) Project B/Task B and 8 hours of Absence, his/her 8 hours of absence should be allocated proportionately to  Project A/Task A and Project B/Task B. 

If there are any other expenditures against such as goods and services against Project A/Task A and Project B/Task B, they should be excluded from the allocation.
