Enroll Button not working when approval is required

Hello all,

during testing today we noticed a strange behaviour in Learning:

When a learner wants to enroll in a course, there a two possible ways to achieve it:

1. Click on Actions>Enroll in Course on the upper right corner of the course page.

2. Click on Enroll-Button in the middle of the course page.

 

When using the first way, the Learner is registered for the course. After that he can enroll in an offering. It does not make a difference, whether an approval is required.

 

But when using the second way, it does make a big difference, whether an approval is required for the course:
