TM: Prevent submission of reconciliation when Suggested Matches have not been cleared

Hi there,

Is there a way to prevent a reconciliation from being submitted if "Suggested Matches" are not cleared - Confirmed or Discarded?

 

Justification

If a user has submitted the rec and later discards the suggested match – it will sit in unmatched which could result in re-opening the rec or throwing error in correct month rec.
