Fast Formula to Get Matrix Manager Name or Performance Document Manager Name in Compensation Worksh

We need to display Employee's Performance Document Manager(PDM) name in compensation worksheet. I have tried enabling seeded columns available in Plans Configure Worksheet Display>Detail Table>Employment, but none of those seeded columns display Matrix Manager or PDM name, it displays Line Manager Name.

We have 3 types of managers for every employee in person management.
1- Line Manager (LM)
2- Employee Manager (EM)
3- Employee Manager's Manager (EMM)

Performance evaluation of employee is done by EM not by the LM. That means EM and PDM are same for every employee. That means if we can display EM or PDM name in the calibration worksheet column, our problem will be solved.
