Modifying quantity when bin is not fully allocated

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the quantity of a reserve location when there are allocations on the bin (but non-allocated inventory available for the quantity of the adjustment)? We have a hard time adjusting our primary pick locations as we pick every day and cycle count everyday on both shifts.
