Can we link PBCS data form from the Management Report?

Hi All,

I want to link the PBCS data form from the Management Report by using drill-through content. We can link the PBCS by giving the URL but I want to navigate directly to the form where the client can enter the data. I tried to fix the URL of the form but it's not working.
