External Learning recording not updating CPD hours

When recording external learning the CPD hours are not being updated. We would expect this to happen. Are we right?

We have a important use for the Record External Learning function on the learning transcript card.  Learners need to record details of learning they have carried out to evidence the continuing professional education for professional registration purposes.  They need the hours of learning recorded on OC.

The CPD hours (hours of learning) are updated on their learning home page for courses they have completed on Oracle, however the external learning hours are not added.  

My question is are we expecting too much LOL
