Fixed period for qualification plan term

Sickness entitlement for employees runs from April to March. Each April employee’s sickness entitlements starts from fresh unless they are on continuous sickness that rolls over from the previous sickness year. (i.e. if they are sick in March and this carries through to April). In these instances the employee will continue to use last year’s sickness entitlement until they return back to work. Once they return to work (even if only for half a day) the fresh sickness entitlement will begin. I tried with Calendar Year option for Plan Term but it not working perfectly coz as soon as plan
