Email to volunteers not working

Emails to volunteers are not triggered to communicate the details or updates about the volunteering project

Content

For any volunteering project, emails to volunteers can be triggered by project leads to communicate the updates or details.

But, these mails are not triggered to any volunteers when project lead selects the option Email to volunteers.

Please suggest any solution for it's resolution.
