Close date for Action values

Hello,

I want to hide some actions values from the Change Assignment quick actions.

If I will add End Date to these Actions values (inside Manage Actions task) - will it be any affects on the employee's assignment records ? or maybe on view the closed-date value in reports ?

As I checked, these actions values have been used in the past and appears in employee's assignment records.

Any other way to remove them from the Actions list ?
