REST API to create PO for a Requisition without Supplier

Hello,

We are looking for REST/SOAP webservices that can be used to create a Purchase Order for a Requisition without a supplier.

Process Flow from Oracle Cloud UI

1. Procurement->Purchase Requisitions->Enter Requisition Line without Supplier/Supplier Site Info

2. Procurement->Purchase Orders->Generate Orders ESS Job

3.Procurement->Process Requisitions->Select the Requisition and click on Add to Document Builder

4. Without Supplier or supplier site - click on Create
