Hi All
We were given incorrect advice about setting up re-assignment rules by our Oracle partner, which resulted in lots of problems last year. I've done some thorough testing of various combinations of the settings, so I'm confident I know how the set the rules up correctly now. However, I have a few more questions!
- What happens if the assignment rules are changed at course level after someone has been enrolled?
- Can you ‘switch off’ the reassignment rules (so they no longer apply to assigned learners)?
- Does it continue to reassign staff who are no longer active?
