Line Manager OTBI Security - global and line manager org specific analysis access

Hi Experts,
Per the note below, I understand that we can build different security for OTBI and HCM Cloud:

Now that being said, is it possible to assign different security based on the page of the dashboard in OTBI. We have a need to assign global access to a couple of data fields for the global analysis in OTBI, in addition to the line manager access. This way, we can allow the analysis for:
1) page-1 of the dashboard: enterprise-level analysis (no ability to drill or filter or apply prompt except as-of-date)
