Hi,

In Alert Composer, I created a new template on the New Learning Assignments Resource Alert to add the additional bold text noted below and to send a notification to the manger. The Process Learning alert run successfully; however, the notification is not sent. The seeded notification is sent successfully if it is enabled.

Any idea why the notifications for the new template is not triggered.
