Dynamic Hyperlink in BIP RTF template

Hi Team,

I am looking for a dynamic hyperlink for my rtf template. The requirement is such that for recruiting we need to send email to employees with a link for a particular requisition where they can apply for IJP.

Link is as below:

https://test-pod.com/fndSetup/faces/deeplink?objType=IRC_RECRUITING&action=ICE_JOB_DETAILS_RESP&objKey=pRequisitionNo={REQUISITION_NUMBER}

where REQUISITION_NUMBER needs to be passed dynamically which is coming from XML - Data model.

But the parameter is not getting resolved when we generate PDF template from RTF. I have followed the below process from
