How to add videos or web page via page composer

Trying to embed video or web page to custom screens in HCM

We have created a new tab on an HCM screen and would like to embed a video. Has anyone else been able to achieve this?

I see we can add a web page through page composer, but we are unsure what the 'source' field needs to be, say for a video hosted on Youtube
