My service "Always free" has stopped

Today I received an e-mail (k******7@gmail.com) from oraclecloudadmin_ww@oracle.com, where it was reported that

"Thank you for using Oracle Cloud services.
Your Oracle PaaS and IaaS Universal Credits (Oracle Cloud account: k******7) has been terminated on February 18, 2021 at 18:59  (UTC + 0300). 
However, you will keep access to your account and resources in the Always Free category without interruption. Your Always Free Resources will be available to you as long as you actively use your account." 

But after that I have no access to the resources "Always free". My free trial will only end in 4 days, February 24th, but today all Oracle Cloud resources have been turned off for me, even those that are "Always free".
