I configured "Payables Transaction" as a target, when I run a DLR I get this error which comes after the parameters are passed,

 

Mapped payload parameters with Report parameters. Running the report now.
Caught exception for BIP Onlyjavax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Read timed out
