Getting an error when trying to enter information

Hello-

After 21A patch, a large number of employees are getting an error when trying to access their 'Work Requirements' content type item in Skills and Qualifications. They currently have no info in that section and whenever they try to add or expand this section, it results in an error. This also happens when their HR admin tries to enter the same information for them.

Any idea of why this can be happening?
