Direct link between Findings/Investigation and Actions

There is current functionality within Workforce Health and Safety to easily link Investigations and Events, however no such link appears for Investigations and Actions.

Our current policy is for all findings which are a direct results of a health and safety audit or incident must have an accompanying action associated to them. While the system does allow for multiple Actions to be created per each Incident there is no drop-down to link which Action is a result of which specific Finding or over-all Investigation created. 

There appears to be existing functionality within the Investigation to link to a created Event. Is there something similar within Actions that I am missing?
