What are the OLC features and benefits that you particularly like, or offer the most benefit to your organisation?

We have stopped using OLC for the moment while we fix the many different technical issues we're having. I need to provide some rationale as to why we should continue to invest time and energy into it, rather than finding a permanent alternative.  Other than "we already pay for it", I'm struggling slightly as it has never worked well for us. But, I know there are other organisations who absolutely love the system.
