Reset Password mail not triggered to Pending Worker for Onboarding tasks

Pending worker is not able to receive Reset Password mail on his personal mail id to perform Onboarding Tasks

After the Welcome Mail with Pre Onboarding Tasks to access the Workspace Application is triggered to Pending Workers, they click the Workspace Application link and are redirected to login. They request forgot password on their home mail id but the mail is not triggered to them.

For Enterprise Onboarding checklist to be triggered , we have enabled the the profile option value to trigger such mails to home email address, but reset password mail is not triggered to pending workers on their home mail id to perform onboarding tasks.
