Hello Experts,

We would like to confirm on some items regarding the functionality of sending notifications to users when a Change Order is cancelled. We have currently tested where a requester/buyer submits a change order for approval. While change order is pending approval, CO initiator then cancels the change order. We expected a fyi email notification be sent to our override test email address but, upon checking, no email notification is received for this action.

Can anyone advise on what we might have/have not done that is wrong/missing?
