OTBI Report that shows the element details field "Description"

I am trying to build a report where I can pull in the field 'Description' on an element.  For example, the below element 'OTL Regular' has the Description 'Base Pay'.  How do I get that field into an OTBI report?   I've tried subject area Payroll - Element Entries Real Time with the column Element Description but that doesn't seem accurate.
