HDL for loading sexual orientation

Hello!

We are looking to do a mass upload of sexual orientation data for employees and I'm looking to do this using HDL. I'm assuming it would be possible with a Worker.dat file, but not sure how to include the sexual orientation field. Does anyone have an HDL template/suggested format that would work for this?
