Scheduling jobs using job set

Hello:  We have several processes that need to be run in sequence daily; I was thinking maybe the Job Set was the way to accomplish this; however, after reading the documentation found regarding job sets, it states to use same steps to submit any scheduled job, but to select "Job Set" Type Option.  I don't see where to set the "job set" type option while scheduling the job.  Can anyone advise?
