Employer comments on Terminate work relationship

Hi all,

In moving to RUX we've noticed we lost a field in the termination process.  Under classic UI Terminate work relationship action we see a field for Employer comments (see attached).  We have reports built to pull from this field and use it regularly.  The 'comments and attachments' in the RUX termination work flow is not the same field.  The reports dont pull from this like they do in classic.  Is there a way to add in the other Employer comments section?
