Hi,

I saw someone posted the same some time ago https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/a6e4fce994, but I want to bring it again as I'm having the same issue.

We have assigned access to the report of new Reports for planners, they can see the new report, but when open it says "You have been authenticated but you do not have access to Narrative Reporting. Contact your Service Administrator."

Three things I'm very confused.

1. Does the new Report access needs any special assignment besides the right click Assign Permission? If there is, where is the document that introduces this because I cannot find the document on this.
