Hi,

Just quite a few questions on the new Reports behavior that are not satisfying users. The Reports inherits the Library folder structure which is very confusing for users.

(1) You are not able to create folders directly from within Reports. Not like FR repository that you can create folders independently. --- Forgive my stupid and please ignore this.

(2) You can only see the folders created for Forms. in order to create separate folders for Reports you have to go to Forms to create a report  folder which don't make sense. ---Forgive my stupid and please ignore this.

(3) With existing Form folders that have many level of folders in place and with group securities assigned on. After you create report folders and assign group security as well, then the Reports library shows all the form folders and report folders for same group which have access, that means if I have 100 flat form folders I can access and I have access to 1 report folder which is the last one in the structure, I have to scroll down to the reports folder I need to visit, really NOT user friendly. Why not keep Reports folders separately for simple visit just

Howdy, Stranger!
