Team Member should receive email once they are added in Project

Hi Team,

We have requirement where once the team member is added to Project , he/she should receive email notification.

I read few notes on community which said 'The BPM task responsible for sending the notifications is SendRoleProvisionNotificationTask BPM task. And this is a seeded task which is enabled by default'. But still Team Member is not receiving notification , can you please help us with details.
