FCCS: Translate Rule in Enterprise Environment does not translate.

Hi all the Translate Rule in Enterprise FCCS does not seem to work for intercompany report. In the FCCS standard we have not problem. As this is system generated, I do not know what to check to ensure that the application design is not the cause.

Has anyone seen this issue with the latest patch?
