Custom Report for ARCS User Access

Summary

Need a report to include User ID, User Name, Role, Power User Security Filter and OU Access

Trying to find a way to generate custom report with below fields needed using SQL query from ARCS Custom Reports.

User ID, User Name, Role (Viewer/Power User/User/Service Administrator) , Power User Security Filter, Organization Unit Access 

ARM_ACCESS Table does not give all the details needed. Can anyone help if you know the way or tables that stores the required information?
