We're currently implementing Annual Leave in Absence Management. We do not have Time and Labor. We're creating shifts and work schedules and all staff will be assigned a schedule made up of elapsed shifts.

I've seen the 20A enhancement whereby absences can display in hours and mins instead of decimals (https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/wfm/releases/20A/20A-wf-mgmt-wn.htm#F11363). I think this would work better for our staff. However, my question is, does the enhancement only apply to how absences display? What about creating shifts? At the moment we have them in decimals but I have a group of staff who work 7 hrs 55 mins per day. That doesn't decimalize evenly and so we have a rounded (inaccurate) shift. Would the enhancement allow me to create a 7:55 shift?

Howdy, Stranger!
