Currently, when models/controls are migrated from one instance to another, the user-defined access points (UDAPS, path conditions) are not migrated, and the model/control fails when run (because the UDAPs don't exist). This means we have to manually create the UDAPs in the target instance, import the models/controls, and then we have to manually go into each model to remove/re-add the UDAP filter. This is an extremely time-consuming process. 

The entitlements are migrated along with the models/controls, so I don't see why UDAPs cannot also be added into the migration functionality.
