We have implemented Fusion Financials and we don't want HCM Cloud Service.

We referred the Oracle Doc: HCM Setup Steps for NON-HCM Customers (Financials, CRM, etc.) (Doc ID 1448455.1) to create an employee.

We now have a requirement to terminate the employee without HCM Cloud. We don't see any option to terminate the employee on the User and Roles screen. Hence, we tried to make the employee as "Inactive"

In scenarios where we have approvals pending on the employees, we want to redirect those approvals to the manager of the employee defined in the User and Roles Screen. Since, we cannot terminate the employee, we are looking for a program which is similar to "
