Summary

Some of our learners are not able to launch or click resume training in the offering, since Release 21A. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We received 21A a few weeks back and have started getting tickets from learners indicating that they are not able to launch their training. They can access the coursework through Required Learning or Current Learning and are able to enroll. However, once they are in the Offering, they are not able to get anything to happen when clicking launch. I have proxied the learners and in all cases, the training worked fine for me. Some of them are not able to proceed with clicking Resume as well. I am opening and SR and have taken a recording from one of
