Dear all

The US Privacy Shield is not valid anymore after the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union (Schrems II). This judgement says that the US isn't able to guarantee the same security level for personal data like the European Union. The Standard Contract Clauses (SCC) are also not sufficient because they don't ensure an essentially equivalent level of protection.

That means for me that transfer of personal data to a cloud which is located in the US is not "proper" at the moment.
