Element entries related to the current assignment

Hi Team,
We are generating an offer letter for the candidate once they become a pending worker. For that we are getting the data from the element entries table.
All works fine until the candidate has been offered on multiple requisitions and only one of then gets accepted and other one gets rejected. The problem is that even though the other offer is rejected - the element entries have the values and we are getting double or incorrect rows on the record.
Attached is the code snippet, if anyone knows how to join the actual assignment data to element entries, please help.
