Rule to pull forward Balance Explanations based on end date

We would like to create a rule that pulls forward all balance explanations if the end date is AFTER the period start date or reconciliation start date.

Is there a way to code this logic in ARCS? We have found that the logic related to the attribute "End Date" is based on choosing a specific date, but this means this rule would have to manually be updated every month to reflect the latest period dates.

 

For example:

Current logic only allows: Pull forward balance explanations if End Date is before/after/is not 11-20-21
